GUEST GUIDELINES IN THE EVENTS OF COVID-19
Flirt & Flutter/ Blu Lemonade Spa is open and operating at 100% capacity.
Please Continue to Keep 6-Feet Social Distance. This will be applicable in the reception area, locker rooms, and Relaxation room.
Out of an abundance of caution for now, Flirt & Flutter will still require ALL guests to wear a mask in our common areas of the spa, regardless of vaccination status.
Wash/Sanitize Your Hands. Please be sure to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. We will also have hand sanitizer located throughout the spa for our guests to use when entering and leaving.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service.
We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full service fee.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service. Flirt & Flutter s not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
Flirt & Flutter loves children, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.
Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. Gift Cards may only be used at the Miami and Montgomery spa locations and cannot be used in the online spa boutique. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value. All sales are final.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards.
Gratuities are accepted in cash and credit card. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, Klarna, Sezzle, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cash App. We do not accept personal checks.
